The reason I placed the order was because I was looking for a particular product and you offered it. I have not had a chance to see if the product will actually fit my needs. I will comment on the fact that I have not had such customer service in years. Not in person or on-line and I have missed the personal attention that we used to receive every time we entered an establishment. It made us feel that we were valued and our patronage was appreciated. You have brought that back and I commend you for it. On-line businesses haven’t got the luxury of meeting face to face and it is much harder to achieve a good customer relation. You have stepped up and made a personal relationship happen. I received my product on Friday and to see how the adhesive would hold up to the substrate I am planning on using the sleeves for-I applied one of the sleeves to some junk mail and I was very pleased with the fact that it actually stayed in place! I’ve been at my wits end trying to figure out a way to get the non-adhesive type of photo sleeve to stick to paper, with no luck. I am very pleased with your product. Thank you!
