Tell me a little about yourself.

I am the Marketing Traffick Coordinator for Moody Bible Institute. We do all of the in-house marketing for the institute which includes an education branch, broadcasting branch, and publishing branch. Part of my job is to oversee all of the institute stationary, envelopes, business cards, etc. I write the schedules for our Marketing jobs, making sure we are on task and meeting our deadlines. Within the Marketing Department, I am in charge of ordering office supplies as well.

- Why were you initially interested in our products?

I was looking for a specific product (Press- on/adhesive, vinyl job ticket holders/envelopes). I googled this and was led to a long list of companies.

- What caused you to take "a leap of faith," so to speak, and try our business?

Your company seemed the most reasonably priced and I liked that fact that I didn’t need to order in mass bulk, (since I only needed 6 pieces…instead of 600, which was what most companies were selling them in).

- Did we meet your expectations or exceed them? How so?

Your company met my expectation by delivering in a very timely manner and by following up with emails, letting me know the updates on shipping, as well as sending a confirmation invoice.

- How would you describe the support from our company?

I really appreciated follow up emails, especially since I was taking a “blind” leap of faith in ordering from you for the first time. I liked that I could track my order online, knowing where it was and when I’d receive it.

- Overall why would you recommend our company to your friends and relatives?

I would recommend you guys to friends and family because of the work you guys have done. I appreciate how quickly I received my product and I especially appreciate the reasonably priced products you offer.
