Our vinyl binder pages are most commonly made with a durable clear vinyl material for maximum readability and sparkling clarity. Our vinyl, polyvinyl chloride (pvc), is most commonly chosen because it is the most durable, washable, and reusable. We only purchase top quality plastics to ensure the best storage and crystal clear presentation attributes.

For example, when the sleeves are used for presentation materials, document storage and sample pieces, the vinyl pages are clear, polished, or double-polished clear.

These pages and holders provide secure storage and protection for the document, picture, or sample while presenting a holder that is waterproof (on the sealed sides) and has very low visual distortion. This allows the materials or documents within the sleeve to be read or reviewed freely without direct contact which can be important to preserving the picture, document, or products and protect them from dust, dirt, or serve to keep them dry and undamaged.

How to Select the Correct Vinyl Sleeve Size

  • Dimensions

    Please note that our product dimensions refer to the EXTERNAL DIMENSIONS of the item.

    This means if you have an insert that measures 8.5” x 11”, you’ll need to choose a sleeve that’s slightly larger to accommodate it. A good rule of thumb is to select a sleeve that is approximately .25" to 0.5” larger in both width and height than your insert.

    For example, for an 8.5” x 11” paper or other thin insert, we recommend a 9” x 11.5” sleeve.

  • Variances

    Due to the preceeding dynamic and the nature of the material the actual dimensions of a sleeve may be up to 3/8” to 1/2” larger than the published size. For example, a sleeve listed as 6” x 9” may measure slightly more on either dimension.
